Posted: 27 Mar 2014 10:12 PM PDT Baung, Kelantan 28/3/2014 – Johor DT's defender, Fadhli Shas and his partner, Effa Liyana Afandi have tied the matrimonial knot today 28th  March 2014, a year after their engagement. His wife, Effa Liyana Afandi, 26 is the daughter of Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) Vice President, Datuk Afandi Hamzah. We would like to congratulate to these very special lovebirds, Fadhli Shas and his newly wedded wife, Effa Liyana Afandi and may they be blessed with joy, happiness and  love, in richer or poorer.
